What can we cut?
Alphin Pans cuts many different types of materials and holds good stocks of material. These include aluminium, stainless steel, pre-coated steel, copper and brass..as well as cutting we can punch, form and tap material all during the flat part production. First off are carried out using our Fabri-Vision scanner which compares the part cut to your DXF ensuring that your parts are correct.
At Alphin Pans we take quality seriously and that’s why we invested in the Virtek Fabri Vision, this machine scans all first off parts against the customers DXF ensuring that the part being produced is accurate to the drawing, a report is then saved so that should any issues arise we can quickly refer back to your part and if necessary send you the report.

Alphin Pans has a fully automated Amada EML AJ Laser / Punch combination machine with automatic tool changer, loader and part picker. The ultimate in flat part production.
Alphin Pans has a fully automated Amada Regius 9Kw Fibre Laser, this next generation laser produces parts quickly and cleanly and can cut Aluminium upto 25mm thick
Alphin Pans has a fully automated Amada EMZ punch. This machine is great for heavily perforated parts.
